Even though all eyes are on the big day at the Valley on Saturday, there is one that may help to build the bank for the weekend. It won't be flash odds but it has loads of talent.

You will have to wait all day for it. It's in race 8 at 5.20 - number 8 Bulletin. She bolted in at Werribee after doing plenty wrong in running. The Encosta de Lago filly looked as though she will benefit from the longer distance (1400m ) of this event and will be very hard to beat

Bulletin was heavily supported in betting (in from 2.60 to start a 2.00 favourite) but was ridden upside down. For some strange reason she sat outside the leader, she weakened out of things in the last 100m
