Starting 2008 with a bang

We finished off 2007 very strongly with a handsome profit on Boxing Day, Persuen did the right thing for Punters Daily followers with a win at 6.70 the win. The Lording Dragon was a bit disappointing but that's the way the cookie crumbles.
2008 starts off with a meeting at Flemington , the track will be very firm after some terribly hot weather here in Melbourne. That is good for punters , we can bet with a bit more confidence on firmer tracks than the unseasonal heavy tracks we have been forced to suffer through in December.
Race 4 sees Soreadyforspring engaged , he won comfortably at Sandown last start beating the impressive Boxing Day winner Barwon Express , Soreadyforspring was scratched from Moonee Valley last Friday week on the heavy track and gets his chance to score again here.
New Year's Day is a fairly relaxed affair, hopefully Soreadyforspring can top it off by putting a few bucks in your pocket to start the new year off strongly
